You will be responsible for advocating on behalf of veterans by developing meaningful employment opportunities through strategic outreach and employer engagement. This outreach spans multiple industries, promotes veteran hiring initiatives through informational sessions, and includes participation in community events to expand awareness of veteran workforce services.

Responsibilities also include identifying appropriate opportunities for qualified veteran candidates, facilitating training services, and maintaining documentation and reporting in accordance with state employment services guidelines. This role focuses on marketing the benefits of hiring veterans, emphasizing the value, skills, and experience veterans bring to the workforce, and strengthening connections between employers, community organizations, and state workforce services.
