Get to Know Your Team: Hackensack Meridian Pascack Valley Medical Center is a 128-bed, full-service, acute-care community hospital with a new emergency department, a state-of-the-art maternity center, a women's imaging center, and an ICU. Responsibilities The Mgr Clinical Education provides strategic leadership for clinical education programs that support workforce development, regulatory readiness, and evidence-based practice across the organization. This role ensures educational initiatives align with organizational goals, quality outcomes, and professional practice standards while fostering continuous learning and clinical excellence. The position maintains accountability for education planning, program effectiveness, and educator performance. Through collaboration with operational and clinical leaders, the role strengthens employee competency, engagement, and patient care outcomes. Qualifications Job Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field. 5+ years of acute care clinical experience. 3 + years of leadership or supervisory experience. Current Registered Nurse license in the applicable state of practice. BLS certification must be obtained with 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care. Preferred Job Requirements: Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree. Nursing Professional Development Certification. Advanced Life Support certification.
