Senior HR Manager

Salary: $80,000 – $95,000 + quarterly leadership bonus + monthly profit sharing

Key Responsibilities for the Senior HR Manager:

• Lead employee relations, corrective action processes, investigations, and policy administration • Drive safety, compliance, workers’ compensation, and regulatory initiatives • Manage compensation programs, annual wage reviews, and HR policy updates • Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational development, and HR strategy • Oversee employment law compliance and support risk management efforts

Qualifications for the Senior HR Manager:

• Experience leading HR initiatives across safety, employee relations, compliance, compensation, and policy administration • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices, including regulatory compliance requirements • Prior leadership or management experience within Human Resources preferred
