Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

Lead the monthly close process and oversee the general ledger.

Prepare financial statements, cash flow reporting, management reports, and executive reporting packages.

Manage external audits, lender reporting, and regulatory compliance requirements.

Oversee cost accounting, inventory accounting, fixed assets, and lease accounting.

Maintain internal controls, accounting policies, and GAAP compliance.

Lead, mentor, and develop a multi-person accounting team.

Qualifications for the Controller:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

5+ years of progressive accounting/finance leadership experience.

Manufacturing accounting experience required.

Experience with financial reporting, audits, month-end close, and cost accounting.

Prior experience managing accounting staff and processes.
