CONTRACT Privacy Program Manager

Our client, a leading global media and entertainment company, is seeking a Contract Privacy Program Manager to help drive and coordinate its global privacy program across multiple brands and business units. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role partnering with Legal, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Advertising teams to manage privacy initiatives, oversee assessments, and navigate complex stakeholder needs. The ideal candidate brings strong privacy program management experience, excellent judgment, and familiarity with AI governance, with the ability to strategically triage issues and drive solutions rather than simply manage processes. This is a great opportunity to make an immediate impact within a dynamic organization undergoing significant transformation. This role is fully remote, and candidates may be located anywhere in the US provided they are willing to work Eastern Time hours.

Key Responsibilities

Manage recurring meetings with business stakeholders across multiple brands, including agendas, coordination, and follow-up.

Serve as a primary point of contact for privacy-related issues, assessing business needs, determining next steps, and identifying appropriate escalation paths.

Partner with Legal, Product, and other business teams to address privacy concerns and ensure timely resolution.

Coordinate privacy assessments across business initiatives, ensuring appropriate stakeholder involvement and follow-through.

Support privacy assessments involving AI-related initiatives, incorporating relevant AI governance and privacy risk considerations.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business priorities, concerns, and privacy needs.

Maintain consistent communication and coordination across brands and business functions to support the global privacy program.

Qualifications & Experience

Strong experience in privacy program management, stakeholder coordination, and cross-functional collaboration.

Solid understanding of privacy assessments, privacy programs, and related processes.

Familiarity with AI governance and AI-related privacy considerations.

Ability to independently assess issues, exercise sound judgment, and determine when escalation is necessary.

Excellent communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills.

Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable managing competing priorities within a complex, global organization.
