Part and Full Time Remote/hybrid Attorney

Nationwide, Location: Remote / hybrid Type: Full and Part Time Salary: $70,000 up to $130,000 (for full time position); hourly/per case for the part time position

Job Description: We are currently adding 2 team members - 1 full time and one part time. We are seeking attorneys with a minimum of 1+ year of experience in employment/family based immigration. Preferred candidate will have knowledge of both immigration laws and procedures, and a commitment to increasing their knowledge. Attorneys who have a client base and are seeking a position where they can be part of an experienced team and have a profit sharing agreement are welcome to apply as well. Requirements:

Be a member in good standing of a US State Bar. Must have past experience in business and/or family based immigration, and have knowledge of immigration laws. Must be able to multitask Work as part of a team and supervise paralegals Independently handle NIV and IV cases, including PERM. Handle a high volume case load efficiently and in a timely manner
