Ohio, Opportunity Details Optimum has an opening for a Senior Medical Director of Urology to join the team at a reputable medical center in southern Ohio. Join an established team in a senior leadership role that combines hands-on patient care, a supportive clinical environment, and attractive compensation. Position Details: Schedule: Monday-Thursday or Monday-Friday, 8- or 10-hour shifts 1:3 call rotation Setting: Mostly outpatient, some hospital rounds and inpatient consults Daily Volume: 15-20 patients in clinic and 4-8 procedures in OR Support Staff: 2 APPs, 3 MOAs, 6 clinical staff, 1 first assist, 1 UDS tech, and 1 surgery scheduler Accepting new grads, H1B, J1, and O1 candidates Compensation & Benefits: Competitive base salary + productivity bonus $100K sign-on bonus Relocation assistance CME allowance Loan repayment assistance To learn more about this position, please apply.
