Director of Nursing-RN

We're seeking an experienced Director of Nursing (RN) to lead our nursing team and support high-quality resident care. In this role, you'll oversee clinical operations, develop and mentor team members, and help create a positive environment for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the nursing team in delivering quality resident-centered care

Oversee clinical operations and maintain compliance with applicable regulations

Recruit, mentor, and develop nursing staff

Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture

Partner with residents, families, providers, and interdisciplinary team members

Monitor quality outcomes and ensure continuity of care

Promote excellence in resident service and team performance

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license

CPR Certification

Previous nursing leadership experience preferred

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Ability to make sound clinical and operational decisions

Commitment to quality care and resident well-being

Professional, compassionate, and team-oriented approach

Position Details

Full-time salaried position

Participation in an on-call rotation
