Administrator Care Center - Lincoln Nursing Home - FT

Overview

Provides leadership, direction, and administration of all aspects of nursing facility to ensure compliance with established objectives and realization of quality, economical health care services, and other related lines of business.

Qualifications

Education required: Bachelor’s Degree in health or business management required or fifteen plus years leadership/management experience

Education preferred: Master's Degree

License, certification and/or registration: State of Tennessee Nursing Home Administrator license

Experience: Three years of management experience preferred or comparable education and experience can be considered

Additional Skills/Abilities:

Must have excellent communication skills with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, requiring prioritizing and changing tasks frequently and quickly.

Must be able to use computer terminal, fax machine, multi-line telephone and copy machine

Must be able to work well in a team environment.
