West Palm Beach, FL

Benefits: Healthcare

About the Opportunity

Gecko Hospitality is conducting a confidential search for a General Manager for a growing fast casual brand opening a new location in a high-traffic, high-visibility West Palm Beach destination. This is the brand’s first Florida unit and the foundation of a planned expansion across the state.

Ownership is not based locally, so this role needs a true operator: someone who runs the business as if it were their own and can be trusted to make sound decisions independently. For the right leader, this is a ground-floor opportunity to grow with the brand as it expands.

What You’ll Do

Own full operations of a high-volume fast casual unit, from opening through steady-state performance

Serve as ownership’s eyes and ears on site, communicating clearly and proactively with a remote leadership team

Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong hourly team and build a culture of accountability and service

Drive sales, control costs, and manage P&L, labor, and inventory

Lead from the floor during peak periods, keeping lines moving and the guest experience consistent

Maintain high standards for cleanliness, food safety, and brand presentation

Build relationships within the surrounding community and property to grow traffic

What We’re Looking For

Prior General Manager experience in fast casual, QSR, or a comparable high-volume concept (required)

Proven track record running a unit independently with minimal day-to-day oversight

Experience with units doing $1.5M or more in annual sales preferred

Strong P&L knowledge and financial accountability

Hands-on leadership style: comfortable working every station, every shift

High energy and the ability to perform under heavy volume

Professional, polished presence suited to a family-friendly guest environment

Owner’s mindset with the ambition to grow alongside a developing brand

Must pass a background check

Why This Role

Competitive base plus bonus, at the top of the local market

No late nights and no bar environment, a real quality-of-life upgrade for restaurant leaders

Autonomy to run the business your way within brand standards

Opportunity to grow with a brand early in its Florida expansion
