Database Technology Manager

We are looking for an experienced Database Technology Manager to support and strengthen enterprise technology operations in Dover, Delaware. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for a hands-on leader who can oversee database-related environments while guiding infrastructure support across desktop, remote access, and cloud-connected systems. The role requires a strong technical background, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain reliable performance across business-critical platforms.Responsibilities:• Lead the administration and ongoing support of database technology environments to ensure stability, security, and consistent system availability.• Manage user access, directory services, and authentication processes within Active Directory to support organizational security standards.• Oversee Citrix-based platforms and remote desktop services, resolving access issues and improving end-user connectivity.• Direct desktop administration activities, including workstation support, configuration management, and deployment of hardware and software updates.• Coordinate troubleshooting and maintenance for computer hardware, ensuring timely resolution of technical issues across supported environments.• Support cloud-integrated infrastructure and related services within AWS, helping maintain performance, access, and operational continuity.• Monitor system health, investigate incidents, and implement corrective actions that reduce downtime and improve service reliability.
