This role offers the opportunity to drive strategic security programs, improve operational maturity, and support the organization's ongoing technology and business transformation efforts.Role SummaryThe IAM Manager will be responsible for advancing the organization's identity and access management program, including strategy, governance, architecture, and day-to-day operations. This individual will work closely with technology and business stakeholders to strengthen access controls, enhance security processes, and support secure access across enterprise systems and applications.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the development and ongoing enhancement of the organization's identity and access management program.Establish and maintain IAM policies, standards, governance practices, and operational procedures.Develop strategic roadmaps and initiatives to improve identity security and access management capabilities.Oversee authentication, authorization, user provisioning, access reviews, and identity lifecycle processes.Partner with technology and business teams to implement secure and scalable access management solutions.Support privileged access management, governance, compliance, and risk reduction efforts.Drive process improvements through automation and operational efficiencies.Provide guidance on access controls, identity-related risks, and security best practices.Manage identity-related projects, technology implementations, and vendor relationships.Establish metrics and reporting to measure program effectiveness and maturity.Collaborate with stakeholders to improve security awareness and promote strong access management practices.
