Your Day-to-Day Tasks as a Warehouse Manager will be:
Oversee inbound, outbound, fulfillment, and inventory operations
Lead, coach, and develop Warehouse Supervisors and warehouse teams
Monitor productivity, inventory accuracy, safety, and operational KPIs
Utilize WMS systems and AI-assisted reporting tools to improve performance
Manage inventory control, cycle counts, and shrink reduction efforts
Partner with HR and leadership on staffing, scheduling, and employee performance
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Drive continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility

The Warehouse Manager Job Requires:
5+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, or 3PL experience
2+ years of warehouse management experience
Strong knowledge of inventory management and fulfillment operations
Experience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Experience with reporting, analytics, and operational metrics
Forklift certification or ability to obtain certification
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Physical Requirements:
Ability to walk and stand for extended periods
Ability to move throughout a warehouse facility during the workday
Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to safely work around forklifts and warehouse equipment
Work Environment:
Fast-paced warehouse and fulfillment operation
Exposure to warehouse equipment and forklift traffic
