IDR is seeking a CAD Designer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Centennial, CO. In this role, you’ll produce accurate CAD drawings and layout plans that support warehouse/industrial design projects and help translate requirements into buildable solutions. You’ll collaborate closely with engineering and sales stakeholders to keep projects moving quickly and to specification.

Position Overview for the CAD Designer:

Create detailed 2D CAD drawings, layouts, and technical documentation for warehouse/industrial applications

Develop construction/installation drawings (as needed) to support project execution

Coordinate drawing updates and revisions with cross-functional teams (engineering, sales, project teams)

Interpret requirements, building plans, and site information to produce accurate deliverables

Support multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and attention to detail

Requirements for the CAD Designer:

4+ years of hands-on CAD design experience in an industrial, warehouse, construction, or related environment

Strong proficiency with AutoCAD and technical drawing standards

Experience producing warehouse layouts and/or storage system drawings (e.g., pallet racking, shelving, material storage)

Ability to create accurate 2D floor plans, elevations, and construction/installation drawings from requirements and measurements

Strong communication skills with proven ability to collaborate with engineering and sales teams

Pay Transparency: $60k-$80k
