Litigation Associate (3-5 yrs) – Am Law 200 Firm

About the Position:

Our client, a national Am Law firm, is seeking an attorney with complex commercial and torts litigation experience to join its Chicago office as a mid-level associate. Responsibilities:

· Work on complex commercial and tort litigation matters

· Conduct legal research and manage discovery

· Assist with trial preparation

· Conduct and defend depositions and argue dispositive motions

· Draft and negotiate settlement agreements

Required Qualifications:

· 3-5 years of commercial and tort litigation experience

· Traditional labor expertise preferred

· Strong academic credentials and writing skills

· Comfort with client interaction and desire for development/advancement opportunities

Location:

Chicago, IL (Hybrid)

Compensation:

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $220,000 – $290,000.
