What You'll Do

As a Repair Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring repairs are processed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with aerospace industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage the full lifecycle of repair orders, from intake and evaluation through shipment and customer delivery.

Support quotation activities and monitor repair progress to ensure customer and contractual requirements are met.

Prepare, review, and maintain repair documentation, including:

Work orders

Certifications

Invoices

Shipping documents

Traceability records

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding:

Repair status updates

Turnaround times

Pricing and quotations

Warranty determinations

Escalation of critical AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situations

Monitor customer communications through email and web portals, ensuring timely responses and prioritization of urgent requests.

Maintain accurate information in customer portals and internal ERP systems.

Partner with engineering, production, quality, and logistics teams to resolve issues, expedite repairs, and improve operational performance.

Manage digital documentation processes, including scanning, indexing, and record retention.

Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvements within repair operations.

Support special projects and additional operational initiatives as assigned.
