WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Build real relationships with healthcare professionals across the country

Recruit through calls, texts, and social

Own and grow your pipeline

Act as the point of contact between clinicians and Springboard Health, guiding them through the hiring and onboarding process and resolving issues efficiently

Guide clinicians from first conversation → placement → long-term success

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

You’re sales-driven and love winning

You’re a natural relationship builder

You thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

1–2+ years in sales, service or recruiting

High School diploma or equivalent

Confidence on the phone (cold calling = no problem)

Strong organization + follow-up skills

Grit, drive, and a “get it done” attitude

Compensation Range:

$45,000 Base Salary + Uncapped commission

Year 1 OTE - $75K–$95K

Year 2 OTE - $100K–$150K

Compensation Range

$40,000.00 - $80,000.00

Benefits include: health, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, company-paid life insurance, 401K with discretionary match, paid time off, paid parental leave, and tuition reimbursement.
