Position: Recruiting Specialist

Compensation: $25 – $28/hr

Location: Pryor, Oklahoma

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Recruiting Specialist- Office to join their team!

In this role, you’ll drive recruiting efforts for professional, technical, and office-based positions while partnering closely with hiring managers to match top talent with business needs. This is a strong opportunity for a relationship-focused recruiter who enjoys full-cycle hiring, building pipelines, and creating a standout candidate experience in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage full-cycle recruiting for professional and administrative roles

Partner with managers to define hiring needs and role requirements

Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking

Screen applicants and conduct phone interviews

Coordinate interviews and maintain clear candidate communication

Track recruiting activity in the applicant tracking system

Represent the organization at job fairs and recruiting events

Support employer branding and candidate experience efforts

Assist with production recruiting during peak hiring periods

Maintain compliance and accurate recruitment documentation

Required Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred

Equivalent experience will be considered

1–3+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience

Experience with professional, technical, or office recruiting

Hourly or production recruiting experience strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organization and time management abilities

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office

Nice to Have Skills & Experience:

Experience supporting manufacturing hiring environments

Familiarity with employer branding initiatives

Experience building talent pipelines for hard-to-fill roles

Knowledge of employment laws and recruiting best practices

Experience with recruiting events and university outreach

Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday

Overtime may be required based on business needs
