This Inside Sales Representative position offers the opportunity to build customer relationships, drive sales growth, and earn commission while working in a specialized LED lighting market.
Your Day-to-Day Tasks
• Handle inbound and outbound sales calls • Promote and sell LED lighting solutions for the car wash industry • Generate new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships • Prepare quotes, process orders, and follow up on inquiries • Maintain accurate customer and sales records • Identify product solutions for customer needs • Achieve sales and customer service objectives • Communicate professionally throughout the sales process
Compensation Structure
Base Pay: $20.00/hour Distributor Sales: 3.5% Commission Direct/Retail Customer Sales: 5% Commission
