Principal

Job Summary America’s Finest Charter School seeks an experienced, student-centered Principal to provide instructional leadership, oversee daily school operations, and promote academic excellence across grades TK–8. The Principal will work collaboratively with the Executive Director, teachers, staff, and families to maintain a positive learning environment, strengthen instructional practices, and ensure student achievement. Requirements / Qualifications Master's degree from an accredited college or university.

Valid California Teaching Credential.

Valid California Administrative Services Credential.

Three (3) or more years of successful school administrative experience.

Previous leadership experience in a California public or charter school.

Demonstrated success in improving student achievement and supporting diverse student populations.

Experience with English Learner programs, special education, MTSS, and data-driven instructional improvement.

Strong understanding of California curriculum standards, student assessment, school accountability, and educational compliance. Current resume
