Job Summary Reporting to the Vice President, Talent Acquisition, the Manager, Talent Acquisition plays an integral role in achieving Alliance’s mission and goals through excellent customer service and staffing support to a portfolio of schools and Home Office teams. The Manager, Talent Acquisition, along with the full Talent Acquisition team, will perform individualized, site-specific duties in the recruitment, selection, and processing of candidates for school and Home Office positions.
