As a Senior AI Product Manager, you will own product requirements, capabilities, and roadmaps for AI-powered solutions, including document processing and intelligence use cases. You will assess emerging technologies and translate technical findings into actionable product decisions.
You will partner with engineering, architecture, data science, and security teams to define evaluation criteria, guide the scope and priorities of proofs of concept (PoCs), review results, and identify considerations for enterprise adoption. Define AI product strategy, capabilities, requirements, and roadmaps, including Document Intelligence use cases, aligned to business and technical needs.
Assess AI models, platforms, third-party tools, and open-source options, including build-versus-buy tradeoffs.
Define evaluation criteria for accuracy, performance, scalability, reliability, latency, and cost; work with technical teams to scope PoCs, review benchmarks, and inform product decisions.
Identify integration dependencies, technical risks, and production-readiness considerations; present findings, documentation, and recommendations to senior stakeholders.
What You'll Bring
You will likely be successful in this role if you have:
5+ years of experience in AI product management or technical product management, with demonstrated ownership of technical product requirements, priorities, and roadmaps.
Strong working knowledge of generative AI, agentic AI, large language models (LLMs), and relevant capabilities such as multimodal models, OCR, document extraction, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
Understanding of AI agents, tool calling, orchestration, reasoning, and human-in-the-loop workflows; experience defining evaluation needs and using engineering-led experiments or PoC results to guide product decisions.
Experience partnering with engineering, architecture, security, and data science teams to make technical product tradeoffs; strong analytical, documentation, and executive communication skills.
Understanding of enterprise security, data privacy, responsible AI, governance, and scalable production systems.
How You Work
Balance product vision with practical technical evaluation and clear, evidence-based recommendations.
Navigate ambiguity, rapidly evolving AI technologies, and changing priorities while keeping stakeholders aligned.
Communicate technical tradeoffs clearly and work collaboratively across product and engineering disciplines.
Bonus Points If You Have
Product management experience with Document Intelligence, enterprise document processing, or intelligent document extraction solutions.
Exposure to enterprise document-processing workflows and multimodal AI use cases.
Experience comparing commercial AI services with open-source models and tooling.
What Success Looks Like
