The ideal candidate will bring strong commercial banking experience, established relationships within the local market, and a track record of developing and managing successful client relationships.

Ideal experience includes:

Significant commercial lending experience

Strong background in C&I and commercial real estate (CRE) lending

Established centers of influence (COIs) and relationships within the Glenwood Springs/Basalt market

Proven business development and relationship-management skills

Strong knowledge of the local business and banking community
