Lead daily business operations with close involvement in budgets/finance, revenue/portfolio management, Human Resources, systems, audits, contracts and contingencies, and general administration

Ensure appropriate staffing levels and balanced workloads

Scale infrastructure to match agency growth

Monitor book of business performance and ensure teams achieve set KPIs

Hire, train, and manage sales and client service teams to reach client retention and business development goals

Implement technology

Manage vendor relationships
