Job Description: As a Pre-Litigation Case Manager you will be an essential part of our client’s client-focused team, overseeing cases from initial intake to pre-litigation settlement. Responsibilities: Client Intake: Conduct thorough and empathetic intake interviews with potential clients, gathering essential information for case evaluation. Case Management: Oversee pre-litigation cases, ensuring timely and efficient processing from initial client contact to settlement negotiation. Medical Records: Request and review medical records, bills, and other relevant documentation necessary for case evaluation and negotiation. Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Negotiation Support: Collaborate with attorneys to prepare demand packages and negotiate settlements with insurance companies. Documentation: Maintain accurate and organized case files, ensuring all relevant information is readily accessible for attorneys and support staff. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 years' experience as a Pre-Litigation Case Manager in a Personal Injury Law Firm. Familiarity with Motor Vehicle Accidents, Falldowns, and Workers' Compensation cases. Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in case management software.
