Vice President - Commercial Placements

General Placement Service is representing a top-rated brokerage in search for a Vice President of Placements to build & maintain carrier and broker relationships. In this role you will be a part of a long standing, and highly reputable brokerage in Long Island.

What you'll do:

Perform placements for both new and renewal business

Manage broker relationships

Prepare reports and provide weekly updates to Directors

Collaborate with producers, Account Executives, and Placement Specialists

Review and ensure accuracy of binders, policies, and endorsements

Verify accuracy of submissions

Ensure compliance

To be qualified, you must have:

10+ years of commercial lines placement experience

5+ years of leadership experience

Applied EPIC experience

Bachelor’s Degree

Property & Casualty License

Industry designation(s) preferred
