Position Details: Full Time, including rotating Saturdays

FLSA: Exempt, Management-Exempt First/Mid Level Officials and Managers

Salary: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00

Lead a full-service community banking branch where strong relationships, operational excellence, and team development come together. As Branch Services Manager, you’ll guide daily branch performance, coach employees, support business growth, and ensure every customer receives thoughtful, dependable service.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Assist in leading branch operations and deliver a consistent, high-quality customer experience

Coach, mentor, and develop employees to achieve individual, team, and bank goals

Partner with regional leadership to support business development, operational efficiency, and branch growth

Build community connections that increase the bank’s visibility and create new relationship opportunities

Maintain strong controls, regulatory compliance, and readiness for internal and external audits

Oversee staffing decisions, performance reviews, development plans, and related employee documentation with leadership guidance

Promote the bank’s products and services through needs-based conversations, referrals, and cross-selling, including wealth management services

Support teller and universal banker transactions and consumer lending activities as needed

Contribute to branch sales plans, strategic priorities, annual budgeting, and performance against deposit, loan, revenue, and expense goals

Resolve customer concerns, make sound overdraft decisions, and open or close the branch on a rotating basis

What We’re Looking For

Three to five years of related banking, branch operations, sales, business development, or leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Proven supervisory or management skills with the ability to coach and develop a high-performing, collaborative team

Sound judgment and working knowledge of bank policies, branch operations, lending practices, and regulatory requirements

Strong customer service, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with banking systems and standard office technology

Ability to work rotating Saturdays and travel between branch locations as needed
