Controller Orange, CT | Full-Time, Onsite $140,000–$160,000 + Discretionary Bonus

Why This Opportunity Stands Out

Direct line to executive leadership, with your reporting and recommendations shaping company strategy

True end-to-end ownership of the finance function — cash, payroll, AP/AR, inventory, and close, not just a piece of it

Breadth beyond traditional accounting: banking, forecasting, POS/ordering systems, OSHA compliance, and vendor/customer relationships all in one seat

A stable, well-regarded company in an environmentally-focused industry looking for a long-term partner, not just a placement

Open to candidates ready to step up into their first Controller role, as well as seasoned leaders
