Manager, Finance & Accounting

The Manager, Finance & Accounting will oversee core accounting activities, including the general ledger, monthly close, and GAAP-compliant financial reporting. This highly visible role will also partner across the organization to improve processes, strengthen efficiencies, and support the overall finance function.

Responsibilities include:

Manage core accounting functions, including general ledger activity, journal entries, account reconciliations, and the monthly financial close.

Support preparation of GAAP-compliant financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L, cash flow statements, and related reporting.

Oversee accounts payable, vendor reconciliations and contracts, and support payroll tax compliance, tax payments, and statutory filings.

Manage and develop accounting staff while ensuring strong internal controls, financial compliance, and accurate reporting.

Support external audits, ERP processes, automation initiatives, and process improvements across the finance function.
