Rapidly growing PI firm in Las Vegas is looking for a PI Attorney. Our litigation attorneys are hands-on, strategic, and relentless in pursuing the best possible outcomes for clients. From depositions through trial, you’ll take ownership of your cases, refine litigation strategy as matters evolve, and play a key role in delivering impactful results.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation

Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages

Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment

Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel

Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates

Serve as first chair in civil jury trials

Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes
