What will your day look like?

As a Senior Application Developer , you will:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain customer-facing applications and software solutions

• Translate technical requirements and business needs into scalable application designs

• Build modern web applications using technologies such as React, Next.js, and related frameworks

• Collaborate with analysts, project teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and implement solutions

• Develop software that integrates effectively with existing systems and enterprise platforms

• Test and debug applications to ensure quality, reliability, and performance

• Troubleshoot production issues and support ongoing system enhancements

• Create and maintain technical documentation related to application design, development, and support

• Participate in code reviews and promote development best practices

• Assess business challenges and recommend technology solutions that support organizational goals

• Partner with end users to resolve issues and improve application functionality

• Contribute to application architecture and system design decisions

• Provide development estimates and support project planning activities

• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance when needed

You will be a good fit for this role if you have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Several years of experience developing customer-facing applications and enterprise software solutions

• Strong experience with React and/or Next.js

• Familiarity with additional technologies such as Angular , Python , or similar frameworks and languages

• Experience with object-oriented and procedural programming concepts

• Experience with Java or other object-oriented programming languages

• Strong understanding of relational databases and SQL

• Experience designing and supporting scalable application architectures

• Understanding of software development methodologies and Agile delivery practices

• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

• Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions

• Excellent customer service and stakeholder relationship management skills

• Strong project coordination and organizational skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Experience using Microsoft Office and related productivity tools

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
