What will your day look like?

As a Software Development Specialist , you will:

• Participate in the design, development, testing, and implementation of software applications and solutions

• Develop, enhance, and maintain software used to support business operations and products

• Write, test, debug, and document code to ensure reliability and performance

• Analyze technical requirements and contribute to software solution design

• Research technical issues and implement effective solutions

• Evaluate and incorporate data into software development initiatives

• Support application troubleshooting, maintenance, and issue resolution activities

• Collaborate with development teams to deliver high-quality software solutions

• Assist with process improvements that enhance software quality, efficiency, and delivery

• Contribute to software development standards, best practices, and documentation

• Participate in testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements

• Experience in software development, application support, or a related technical role

• Experience with software development, testing, debugging, and documentation activities

• Ability to interpret technical specifications, requirements, and process documentation

• Experience using Microsoft Office products
