Join an established boutique wealth management firm serving high-net-worth households. Work closely with the founder and supportive team, overseeing financial planning and long-term relationships for clients. No business development required.

What You’ll Do

Manage planning and relationships for approximately 40 high-net-worth households

Prepare cash flow, retirement, tax, and estate plans

Lead planning discussions alongside the founder and ensure attentive follow-through

What’s Offered

$90,000– $95,000 base + $15,000 guaranteed annual bonus

Additional $60,000-$70,000 variable bonus potential, subject to portfolio revenue and market performance

Fully remote or hybrid (two days weekly in Parsippany, NJ)

Medical, dental, 401(k), and profit sharing

What You Bring

Bachelor’s Degree

3+ years in financial planning or wealth management, ideally with high-net-worth clients

Strong analytical, interpersonal, organizational, and follow-through skills

CFP preferred, though not required
