Buyer

Location: Odessa, FL (On-Site) Salary: $60,000-$70,000

We are seeking a motivated Buyer to join a growing purchasing team. This role is ideal for someone interested in procurement and supply chain operations who enjoys working with vendors, managing purchasing documentation, and supporting process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage Purchase Orders (POs).

Review and maintain Certificates of Insurance (COIs).

Coordinate with vendors and internal departments to support purchasing activities.

Assist with procurement documentation and purchasing processes.

Support data tracking, reporting, and purchasing-related reconciliations.

Identify opportunities to improve purchasing workflows and efficiencies.

Requirements

Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or administrative support.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Intermediate Excel skills, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP or ERP system experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience improving purchasing or procurement processes.

Open to candidates without a degree who have relevant experience.
