Staff Accountant
Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 (Up to $80,000 for the right candidate)

Key Responsibilities for the Real Estate Accountant:
• Manage AP, AR, daily cash management, and rent payment processing across multiple entities • Prepare recurring journal entries, month-end close activities, and bank reconciliations for approximately 30 LLCs • Generate financial statements and assist with year-end tax and sales tax preparation • Provide accounting oversight for affiliated restaurant operations and related bookkeeping activities
Qualifications for the Real Estate Accountant:
• Associate degree in Accounting or related field required • Accounting experience including month-end close responsibilities • Sage software experience strongly preferred
