About the job
Nationwide law firm is currently hiring an Office Manager (Law Firm Administrator). The position provides a flexible work schedule and a very generous benefits package.
Benefits include full medical, dental and vision coverage. Along with a 401k (matching), paid long term life and disability insurance and other incentives!
The Office Manager is a hybrid role supporting the subrogation attorney and paralegals with general legal secretary type duties (scheduling, filing, etc) as well as managing the day to day of the office and working closely with the firm’s corporate office. Duties will also oversee general HR onboarding of new employees, assisting with employee engagement activities, reports, research, ordering office supplies and general legal support.
This is for an experienced legal professional who has experience as an office manager or law firm administrator or has very stable job tenure in a legal role (paralegal, legal assistant or legal secretary) and wants to pursue a patch focusing on the leadership aspects of a law office.
