Now Hiring: Account Manager – New Iberia, LA
Pay: $19–$20 per hour | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Location: New Iberia, Louisiana
Staffmark has partnered with a leading company in New Iberia, LA, to hire an Account Manager who is organized, proactive, and people-oriented. In this role, you’ll manage accounts, support collections, and contribute to the company’s commitment to exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities
Manage credit policy, including reviewing applications, setting credit lines, and monitoring accounts
Generate invoices, apply payments, and verify credit approvals
Conduct accounts receivable aging analysis and support bad debt management
Proactively follow up on collections via phone and email to reduce past-due balances and DSO
Maintain accurate customer account records and documentation
Open new accounts, review existing accounts, and resolve customer disputes collaboratively
Qualifications & Experience
Experience in accounts receivable, corporate collections, or account management
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Comfortable using technology and business software to manage accounts
People-oriented with a professional and proactive approach
