Assist with selected eBook production tasks, including coordinating inputs and ensuring readiness for shared content titles in pre-authoring, and supporting setup and delivery of limited commercial release titles ahead of scheduled release dates

Act as eBook/SmartBook Project Manager on a selected list of titles to build firsthand knowledge of the production process, supporting onboarding and continuous workflow documentation

Support PO datasheet review and approval processes, working closely with the team manager to facilitate timely purchase order creation

Proactively identify risks, adapt plans when priorities shift, and resolve problems creatively and resourcefully

Communicate clearly and consistently with internal and external stakeholders, maintaining accurate project data across all systems

Champion accessibility standards across all deliverables to ensure an equitable learning experience for all students

Engage in cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, process improvements, and the piloting of new tools and workflows, using AI-powered tools to identify opportunities to improve efficiency and delivery outcomes

Support other projects and duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of project management experience, ideally in digital content production

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines

Skill in communicating clearly across all levels of an organization, both internal and external

Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues, adapt quickly, and problem-solve creatively in a dynamic, evolving environment

Strong time management and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain data integrity across all project management systems
