Job Overview

The Head of Audio Production is a strategic role responsible for leading the organization's audio content strategy, production process, and creative vision. This position requires a seasoned audio professional with extensive leadership experience who can drive innovation in audio storytelling, build world-class production capabilities, and deliver content that engages audiences across multiple platforms and formats.

What you’ll do:

Define and execute comprehensive audio content strategy aligned with organizational goals and brand objectives

Oversee all aspects of audio production from concept development through final delivery

Implement scalable production processes that balance creative excellence with operational efficiency

Provide creative leadership for flagship audio properties and new content initiatives

Drive narrative development, talent selection, and creative execution

Ensure audio content reflects brand values and resonates with target audiences

Establish KPIs and measurement frameworks for audio content performance

Analyze audience data, engagement metrics, and market trends to inform content strategy

Monitor competitive landscape and industry developments to maintain strategic advantage

Experience:

Extensive experience, strong background in both creative and technical aspects of audio production

Experience leading teams across multiple disciplines

Deep knowledge of audio production technologies, workflows, and industry standards
