Senior Specialist, Real Estate Asset Management

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

Manage and optimize real estate asset portfolios by conducting thorough market analysis and performance evaluations.

May assist in lease administration and facilities management duties such as record keeping, communications with landlords, tax payments, capital project planning, financial administration and general support for management staff.

Support the execution and delivery of real estate needs, including use of the internal lease administration system, as directed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement asset management strategies that align with organizational goals.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Typically 2-5 years of experience in real estate asset management or a related field.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and market trends.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders.

Professional certification in real estate or asset management is preferred.
