Seniority: Entry-level individual contributor. Reports to the lead of the team you join.

Required qualifications
- No experience needed.
- A recent college degree, or finishing one soon.
- Evidence of what you can do: projects, work, writing or leadership.
- Clear writing.
- Comfort using AI tools every day. We will show you how we use them.
