Overview
Develop Capital projects and plant wide grades.
Responsibilities
Work closely with departments to develop project budgets and timelines.
Develop bid packages and vendor selection.
Provide hands-on project oversite and management.
Ensure all work meets or exceeds current safety and environmental standards.
Qualifications
Required
4-year degree in Mechanical Engineering.
High level of safety awareness and proven safety record
Industrial Mechanical Maintenance experience – minimum of 4 years
Supervisor experience – minimum 2 years
Troubleshooting and problem solving (Root Cause Analysis) skills
Well organizational, with strong leadership and communication skills
Self-motivated, goal oriented
Preferred
Preventative / predictive maintenance experience
Piping engineering and installation experience
General understanding of industrial electrical and infrastructure.
