CRM Specialist

Job Description Type of Job: Part-Time

Main Areas of Responsibility:

Oversees data integrity in the library's volunteer and donor database, gift processing, financial reconciliation, and report generation.

Additional Areas of Responsibility:

Position is onsite and up to 15 hrs. wkly.

Other Information/Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Non-Profit Management, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will be considered.

Experience administering a non-profit CRM (e.g., Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce NPSP, DonorPerfect, Little Green Light) or equivalent OR experience in non-profit gift processing and data management or equivalent.
