Layoffs, week of May 4 to May 10, 2026

Employers filed 46 WARN layoff notices dated that week, naming 11,181 workers, across 17 states. The week before had 92, so notices were down 46.

Counted by the date on each filing; a state can publish a notice later, so a week’s count can grow.
