Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting Salary: $120,000-175,000

Key Responsibilities for the Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting: • Support monthly close, consolidation, and financial reporting processes • Research and document technical accounting matters and white papers • Ensure compliance with SEC, US GAAP, and SOX requirements • Prepare and support 10-Q and 10-K filings and disclosures • Develop accounting policies and implement new accounting standards
Qualifications for the Sr. Accountant – Technical Accounting & SEC Reporting: • 5+ years of accounting or finance experience (public accounting preferred) • 3+ years of SEC reporting experience (10-Q / 10-K) • 3+ years applying complex accounting standards
