As an Operations Manager, you will be part of the operations department supporting the daily manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, business acumen, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Operations Manager Location: Somerset, PA Pay Range: $70k + DOE What's the Job? Oversee the day-to-day manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met Manage and support employees, fostering a positive and productive work environment Coordinate with different departments to optimize production workflows Implement process improvements to enhance operational performance Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards What's Needed?
