Be hands-on, working closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers to design, build, and deliver the next generation of Snowflake services and apps.
Amplify your impact by educating and mentoring the TPM and Engineering communities on program management best practices.
Identify opportunities to improve execution of the organization as a whole, to increase engineering productivity through tools and light-weight processes. (Snowflake happens to have a nice data platform to use :-)

Effective verbal and written communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical groups
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, consultation and organizational skills
