Restaurant General Manager – Myrtle Beach, SC
Salary: $65,000–$75,000 + Up to $25,000 in Bonus Potential
We are searching for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead a high-volume, fast-paced restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC ! This is a fantastic opportunity for a strong leader who is passionate about developing people, building a great culture, and driving results.
Our ideal candidate is energetic, hands-on, and has a proven track record of running successful restaurant operations. We are looking for someone who can lead by example, hold their team accountable, and create an environment where employees and guests have a great experience.
What We’re Looking For:
Previous General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
Strong background in quick-service or fast-casual restaurant operations
Proven success with hiring, training, and developing management teams
Experience managing P&L, food costs, labor, and overall restaurant profitability
Ability to motivate a team and create a positive, high-energy work environment
Strong operational standards and attention to detail
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
What We Offer:
Base salary of $65,000–$75,000
Bonus potential up to $25,000
