Restaurant General Manager – New Restaurant Opening

Location: Myrtle Beach, SC

Base Salary: $70,000–$75,000 + Monthly Bonus Plan

A growing restaurant company is preparing to open a brand-new restaurant in Myrtle Beach, SC , and we are looking for an exceptional General Manager to lead the opening and establish the foundation for long-term success.

The Opportunity

As the General Manager, you will play a key role in bringing this new Myrtle Beach, SC restaurant to life. What We’re Looking For

Previous General Manager experience in a full-service or high-volume restaurant

New restaurant opening experience is a major plus

Strong recruiting, hiring, training, and team-development skills

Exceptional people and communication skills

A proven ability to create a positive, respectful, and team-oriented workplace culture

Strong understanding of restaurant operations, financial performance, labor, food cost, and guest satisfaction

Ability to lead by example and hold a team accountable while maintaining a positive environment

High energy, professional presence, and a genuine passion for hospitality
