A rapidly growing fast‑casual brand in Kissimmee, Florida is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead daily operations, develop strong teams, and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

What You’ll Do:

Oversee all front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house operations

Drive sales, profitability, and operational excellence

Recruit, train, and mentor a high‑performing team

Maintain brand standards, food quality, and safety compliance

Manage scheduling, inventory, and cost controls

Create a positive, guest‑focused environment that keeps customers coming back

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant management experience (fast casual preferred)

Strong leadership, communication, and team‑building skills

Proven success in driving results and improving performance

Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, hands‑on environment
